Maintenance Dosage: 1 Capsule every second day, taken at night before bed to promote regular bowel motions.

Ad-Hoc Dosage: 2 Capsules taken at night before bed for 1-3 days to restore bowel motions.

Parasite Cleansing: 1 Capsule per day, or every second day/as needed to ensure a daily bowel movement.

The recommended dose may vary from person to person and it is suggested to start with a minimum dose and work up until the desired effect is achieved: that is of 1-2 well-formed, daily bowel movements.

Best taken on an empty stomach, unless otherwise directed.
